VIVI INTIMATES RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want every VIVI order to arrive correctly, discreetly and in good condition.

SIZE EXCHANGES
Eligible bras, sleepwear and shapewear may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, fragrance-free, with tags and hygiene seals intact, and returned in its original packaging. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Customers are responsible for return and re-delivery courier charges unless VIVI sent a wrong or defective item.

HYGIENE EXCLUSIONS
For health and hygiene reasons, panties, thongs, lingerie bottoms, bodysuits, opened hosiery, silicone or adhesive products, and any set containing a tried-on bottom cannot be returned or exchanged after the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened. Sale, clearance and personalized items are final sale unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Please contact VIVI on WhatsApp at +92 321 4176176 within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number, an unboxing video and clear photographs. After verification, VIVI will arrange a replacement, store credit or refund. VIVI covers reasonable return shipping when the mistake is ours.

REFUNDS
Refunds are available for verified defective, wrong or missing products, cancelled orders that have not been dispatched, and prepaid items that cannot be fulfilled. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method where possible. Cash-on-delivery refunds may be issued by bank transfer or store credit. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless VIVI made the error.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUSED ORDERS
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed. Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD parcels may limit future COD availability.

HOW TO REQUEST HELP
Message +92 321 4176176 on WhatsApp with your order number and issue. Do not send a return without authorization. Returned products are inspected before an exchange or refund is approved.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
