VIVI INTIMATES TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you access the VIVI Intimates online store or place an order. By using the store, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
STORE USE
You must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, copy its content for commercial use, or place fraudulent orders.
PRODUCTS AND SIZING
We aim to describe product colours, materials, measurements and images accurately. Screen settings and production batches may cause minor differences. Size guidance is informational; fit can vary by style and body shape. Product availability and quantities can change without notice.
PRICES AND OFFERS
Prices are displayed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any applicable discount appear before order completion. Promotional offers may have eligibility periods, stock limits and exclusions. VIVI may correct genuine pricing or listing errors before dispatch and will contact the customer where an order is affected.
ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when VIVI confirms and processes it. We may verify cash-on-delivery orders by phone or WhatsApp. We may cancel or limit an order because of unavailable stock, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or delivery limitations. If a prepaid cancelled item cannot be supplied, the paid amount will be refunded.
PAYMENTS
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Pakistan orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any selected payment method is authorized and valid.
DELIVERY, RETURNS AND HYGIENE
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds and hygiene exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because VIVI sells intimate apparel, certain opened or tried-on products cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons except where a verified fault or supply error applies.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The VIVI Intimates name, logo, website design, written content and original creative assets belong to VIVI or its licensors. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Shopify, payment services, courier companies and other service providers may support the store. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIVI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy displayed on the store. Do not submit another person's information without their permission.
CHANGES
We may update products, prices, policies and these terms. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute should first be raised with VIVI so the parties can try to resolve it promptly.
